Are You Committed to Growth?

If muscles need stress to grow, so do you.

So here’s the thing about stress… it keeps us from going limp (so to speak). It’s the fuel that keeps us moving because otherwise, it’s easier to do nothing than something. 

Sure, there’s such a thing as too much stress, however I think “too much” is often because we don’t have the best methods of coping with it, rather than it being truly overwhelming. Now, that’s not to say that your current stresses aren’t valid! 

Because they are. And honestly, if we’re going to come out the other side better people, we have to be willing to travel into the dark forest ahead. It might be scary, and yet what’s waiting for us on the other side is the thing that’s going to help us be our best self. 

So what are you waiting for? Traverse the darkness to get to the light on the other side. Need some extra convincing on that one? I don’t blame you.
