Change Your Body Composition in 2021

I got down to 6% body fat at 25 years old. By preparing for a bodybuilding competition, I began to understand that so much of weight loss/gain and body improvement was mindset. It was then that I resolved to never become overweight, or rather I realized it would be impossible. 

Fast forward to today, and all of that has proven to be true. The hundreds of people that I’ve coached through my gym business years ago, and the people I work with now, have proven time and time again that it’s all mindset work

The effort we put into working out can feel overwhelming, yes. However, by removing the mental roadblocks, we can do so much more! I’m not kidding when I say that a healthier body is just a few days away.
