Pent-up emotions often come out when there’s an event in your life that’s emotionally draining. Experiencing loss is one of those troubling ones. It’s one of the most draining, difficult emotions to feel. Sharing with loved ones, journaling, or contemplating are some of the most common coping mechanisms — which are good, not bad.
Right now, you have a choice. You can choose to heal those scars, or let them eat away at your livelihood. The methods are many, yet the concepts are few. What’s most important is that you seek healing. And the choice is all yours.
