When attempting to find solutions for emotional instability, past trauma, or addiction, the first step is self-awareness. You must be aware of the problem and willing to solve it. Oftentimes, our solutions aren’t the right ones.
For instance, many people indirectly use alcohol as a way to relieve emotional stress. And those people often think alcoholism is their problem. Yet, they haven’t fixed the root cause of emotional stress. Becoming more self-aware allows you to dig deep into emotional instability. You’ll feel more free, more confident, and more creative.
