How comfort leads to confidence
Being boastful, loud, and outwardly sure of yourself seems to be the widely accepted definition of “confidence”. In reality, confidence also manifests itself in unexpected moments. Ones we may not associate with the concept at all.
Being comfortable with ourselves is a key component to feeling confident. I’ve found the most effective way to break past your barriers of self-doubt is to face them head on. First and foremost though, comfort with yourself, and facing whatever fear you may conceive before attacking something intimidating, is paramount.
