How to Increase Lean Muscle Mass

Hitting the gym is simple and complex.

When you begin learning about fitness, the concepts are simple. Lift heavy weights this many times, and your muscles grow. Eat more protein and avoid highly processed foods. Rinse and repeat. At the end of the day, keeping it simple is effective for getting stronger and building muscle. 

Although keeping it simple will work, there are several advantages to diving deeper into fitness. Getting lost in the details allows you to optimize every aspect of your body. It’s possible to shred fat and build muscle simultaneously. Or build strength, muscle, and speed. Every variable can be controlled to achieve exactly what you want.
