by May 1, 2023

Lack motivation? Do this.

We’ve all experienced those moments where motivation seems to vanish. One day you work extra hard in the gym, and the next day the fire within dwindles, leaving you with a shadow of your true self. In these moments, we must decide whether to stay complacent, trapped in the small version of ourselves, or break free and unleash our inner lion.

The lion isn’t the fastest, largest, or smartest animal — yet it’s known as the king of the jungle. Take a moment to think about how this analogy translates to our personal lives.

In today’s episode of the Becoming Kings Podcast, I share the technique I (and Navy SEALs) use to snap out of unmotivated states, tapping into the lion’s mindset. Mental ruts can be dangerous in the long run. Tune in to create positive habits that compound and break unmotivated states.

In this episode, you’ll learn…

  • Focusing on leveling up your lifestyle. (0:46)
  • The lion’s mentality. (4:49)
  • Hunting and killing the doubter. (9:21)
