Three Steps to Level Up Your Life

Limiting beliefs fuel our negative spirals.

They often take hold when we’re getting ready to make changes in our lives. The fight against them can be difficult because they’re tricky; they hind behind ideas and feed us stories to keep us from snuffing them out. Yet, in the past decade of personal growth coaching, I’ve found a way to fight back. It’s time to rip out the limiting foundation!

To do this right, you have to identify the three things that keep you under the thumb of limiting beliefs

  1. The Emotions
  2. The Story
  3. The Strategy

When you’re at the mercy of limiting beliefs a bad emotional state leads to untrue, defeating stories, which lead to toxic coping strategies. Before you know it, you’re exhausted and fighting against a whirlwind of negativity that can sweep you away.
