My dad and I have “the talk.”
Forget the birds and bees, we’re talking about breaking family patterns, reminiscing about history, and digging deep into everything Herb King has learned from life.
Herb is an enigma… well at least he was until I could finally bring him on the show.
He’s come up from time to time as the inspiration for my episodes about “the father wound,” and while we certainly had our dysfunctions in life, we have a great relationship now. I’m so proud to bring him here to talk through things from his perspective.
We’re going to shoot all across the board in this episode: from being of service to clients and loved ones, to business, and the reason why we create things in our lives. This is a discussion of finding fulfillment in life and embracing the truth of your identity.
If there’s anything I’ve learned from him over the years, it’s that it’s never too late to dramatically change your life. So, if you want to hear from the man behind my existence… now’s your chance.
In this episode you’ll learn about…
- The Wonder Years. (4:48)
- Life gives us perspective. (12:39)
- What would you tell your 30 yr younger self. (21:19)
- Any regrets? (29:57)
