You can’t make positive changes until you change your energy.
I know, I know. Most people don’t like absolutes (I’m one of those people). However, this time, I mean it. How often do we fall into new or habitual bad patterns and rituals? How often do we find ourselves suffering and wishing we had something different/more/better?
When we fall into this spot, we have to get real with ourselves and check our energy.
This year has been blanketed with fear, loss, and uncertainty… which is the perfect catalyst for negativity and bad energy. What can you do to change that? Well, it starts with making some intentional shifts in your life and habits.
For me, it was picking up meditation for the first time in years. After attending a Dr. Joe Dispenza retreat recently, I’ve integrated meditation into my daily routine, and received piercing clarity for how I want to operate and launch into next year.
