How to leverage natural mood boosters.
The term “biohacking” might evoke images of futuristic labs or pill supplements promising instant health benefits. In reality, biohacking is an understanding of how our bodies react to stimuli, both internal and external.
For example, going for daily walks in the sun is a fast and free natural mood boosting hack. Or take it up a notch by exerting yourself with a strenuous hike. And if you want a challenge, try taking a cold shower or ice bath for several minutes — it’ll provide a massive adrenaline and dopamine rush.
