A constant yearning for more is a difficult concept to grapple with for many of us. No matter how much we have, it’s never enough. An important question was posed to me when I was in the midst of tackling this mental hurdle.
How often do we really connect with how we’re feeling?
Struggling with connecting with our heart, and instead paying attention to our head, is part and parcel of the human experience. As our lives get more complicated, busy, and convoluted, it can be easy to kick the can of checking in with our emotions down the road.
