How to determine your strengths
When you’re starting out in business, entrepreneurship, or a side hustle, evaluating yourself is the number one priority. Our strengths and weaknesses are what make us all unique.
Bringing your particular skill set to others is how you create value. And value will be the basis of the business you’re trying to build. For example, let’s say you’re an excellent chef, great with people, and entertaining. Maybe starting an online cooking class or a restaurant would be the best way to bring value to others while monetizing your skills.
In today’s episode of the Becoming Kings Podcast, I share the story of how I got into men’s coaching by first evaluating my strengths. By figuring out what I excelled at along with what I loved to do, I was able to start my coaching business. If you’re interested in starting your own men’s group, listen until the end because I’ll personally help you with the process.
